NOW, we here are, back again to share our stories and the different lenses of strengths, colours and magnification we use to embrace life in the hope to offer EVIDENCE that no matter what surrounds us, human beings are still extraordinary.

I’m a MultiPod with a penchant for learning, creativity, being a technophile, video games (playing, considering, writing about, wanting to create), Systema (Russian combat martial art), building Guiding/ “Coaching” business (IFS oriented – Inner Parts work), learning Arabic and French, dancing (contemporary, hip-hop, jazz), TMT (Terror Management Theory), Integral/AQAL Theory (by Ken Wilber), writing, singing, getting back into metal arts, crochet, chainmail.
